At Kids World Pediatric Dentistry, we’re proud to use advanced LightScalpel surgical CO2 lasers a soft tissue laser for frenectomies. Our laser is extremely precise and allows your child to get best treatment for tongue and lip ties.

Our frenectomy consultation will be tailored to your child’s individual needs. Our team will evaluate and make the appropriate referrals if needed prior to tongue lip release (lactation/speech or myofunctional). We will discuss what to expect if release is recommended during your treatment visit and post treatment visit with instructions and demonstration of recommended stretching/healing exercises to minimize the risk of reattachment.

Please know that our pediatric dentists will work with your pediatrician, lactation consultant, speech pathologist, oral myofunctional therapist, and other health care providers to ensure that the frenectomy procedure is the best course of treatment for your baby/child.
