Erica Ballin Bio

Erica, is a proud native Texan, who grew up in Wilson County, she has been an essential member of our team for almost a decade and in the dental field for over 26 years, she has passion for working with children and helping others. She is experienced and compassionate, known for her exceptional ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Erica is known for her kind and gentle nature, always going above and beyond to make patients and parents feel at ease.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her local community, specifically ACTS retreats. Additionally, she has a passion for music, she enjoys playing the guitar and singing at local gatherings and church.

Erica’s commitment to both her career and family life allows her to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which she believes contributes to her success at her professional life.

Mariana Carreon Bio

Mariana, a proud Texas native, serves as the Front Office Manager with over 12 years of experience in the dental field. With a passion for helping others, she has spent 9 of those years working with children, building a strong rapport with young patients and their families.

Outside of her professional life, Mariana is a devoted mother to three boys, aged 19, 11, and 2. Her family is at the heart of everything she does, and she enjoys spending quality time with them, especially as she cheers them on as a football and baseball mom.

When she’s not managing the front office or caring for her kids, Mariana loves to travel and explore new destinations. A fan of Italian cuisine, she often indulges in her favorite meals while sipping on a Starbucks drink to unwind.

Mariana’s dedication to both her career and her family makes her a cornerstone of her community and an invaluable part of her team.
